Emma & Mark

Mark & Emma had been clear they were super chilled about the wedding photography they wanted on their day. The wedding itself was going to be a casual, informal, fun affair and they wanted the same from their photography. To be honest Emma was barely fussed about having hardy any couple of bridal shots…but how could we resist when she looked so spectacular??
We arrived in the morning where the preparations were in full swing. It was an amazing sunny June day and the bridesmaids were having their make-up done in the gorgeous, lush garden of Emma’s parents Tom & Janet. Emma wore a gorgeous tea length gown the super cool label House of Mooshki, bought from Lace & Co. Her shoes were also bought from here and they were Charlotte Mills bridal shoe, which are so cute as they all come with a silver six pence in the shoe, as per the tradition of something old, something new…We absolutely adored Emma’s cage handbag ASOS
We popped over to see the boys too who were all slightly jaded as they part had started the night before for them, that didn’t matter though as they all scrubbed up and looked rather dapper head to toe in Paul Smith….well not quite to toe, what better way to finish off their suits but with shiny, new, white Vans.
The girls arrived in absolute vintage style, the bridesmaids and flower girls in a VW camper and Emma and her Dad looked the absolute part driven by Tom’s friend in a stunning and pristine Chevrolet Bel Air. Emma’s neighbours had waited on the street for about an hour to catch a glimpse of the bride and they all waved them off to the church which was packed full of friends and family waiting for them. The vicar said he’d never seen it so busy and was delighted in everyone joining to share in their happiness. Emma and Mark beamed all the way through the ceremony and its obvious these two are absolutely made for each other. There was no hiding Emma’s excitement about becoming Mrs Coombes.
The after party took place at The Space, Wakefield and the guests kept on coming until the evening! It’s clear to see Emma & Mark are extremely loved by so many people. The night wouldn’t be complete without an appearance from Emma’s other love Mr Elvis Presley, Andy James had the honour of performing his Elvis tribute which everyone loved, especially Mrs Coombes who didn’t stop dancing.
