We could hardly wait four our first Irish wedding actually IN Ireland and Rebecca and Rob’s certainly didn’t disappoint. They chose the beautiful Maryborough Hotel in Cork, Ireland for their full wedding day. The venue is popular as it provides a beautiful combination of traditional and modern décor and styling, along with incredible service. Although the weather wasn’t kind and in true Irish style it rained from the beginning to the end of the day, that didn’t dampen this weddings spirits.
Becca and her bridesmaids got ready in a huge bridal suite, their look perfected by Make up by Maeve. A gorgeous low hair style by Trish Toomey both from the Powder Puff girls. The bridesmaid had a beautiful chunk braid and all had stunning fresh flowers added for a pretty touch. Becca wore a stunning, sleek Pronovias gown which showed off her amazing figure complete with lace panels. The bridesmaids pretty in pink lace, dressed by Lipsy.
Both the ceremony and champagne & seafood reception took place in the incredible, light, airy Orangery that’s filled with hanging foliage and greenery providing a totally botanical feel. Its truly beautiful and gave us so much light to shoot with on such a wet day!
The day was fun and relaxed and full of Irish charm, we even witnessed a very impressive Riverdance!
